We offer a variety of options from beginner bodyweight classes to advanced kettlebell and martial arts classes. All classes on our schedule are included in the cost of your membership and are led by reputable and educated trainers.

Our gymnasium does not have an age restriction, but the classes, free-weights, and cardio equipment are 16+ (14 & 15 have access after an etiquette tour)

Yes, we offer discounts for active Law enforcement, fire department, and military. We also offer discounts for seniors 60+.
