CLASSES & TRAINING

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

All of our group fitness classes are included in your membership. Every class is written by the trainer who instructs it. Every one of our group trainers is certified in either Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC), has a personal training certification from an accredited institution, has a degree in health and exercise sport science, or a combination of all. Our mission in group classes is to provide members with structure, guidance, and accountability in the group setting.

To keep the quality of our classes high, we require all new participants to undergo a proficiency session prior to attending classes. Regardless of where you came from or what your background is, we require everyone to do this. So please, don’t assume you are too advanced for this session. It’s free, and it’s mandatory.
